Ground Rent of Lease hold Land

The Authority has certain provision for collection of Ground Rent/Lease Rent on Lease hold plot/Leasehold Flat/Leasehold Commercial Space etc. in accordance with terms & conditions of Lease Deed. Those are mention in the Lease Deed.

A Lessee is required to clear Ground Rent / Lease Rent as per rate fixed in the Deed of Lease or, as per modification made time to time on yearly basis.

There is provision for advance payment towards Ground Rent .

However for delay, 10% compound interest is chargeable on the due rent.

Payment towards ground rent is accepted on any working day it is accepted from 10:30 AM to 02:00 PM.

Charges
For Residential Land	Rs. 10/- per Cottah per Year
For Residential cum Commercial Land	Rs. 15/- per Cottah per Year
For Institutional & Commercial Land	Rs. 15/- per Cottah per Year
