Time Extensions for utilization of Lease hold Land


After execution of Lease Deed and after receiving Possession Certificate, the Lesee fails to utilize the allotted land due to certain difficulties as per Terms and Condition defined during execution of Lease Deed. The Authority allows extension of time for such cases.

I. How to Apply

Application is to be made through a EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION ON LEASEHOLD LAND FORM available from the Cash Section of the Authority at any office-working day from 10.00A.M. to 1.30P.M at a cost of Rs.250/- payable in cash.

 

II. Documents required to be submitted with the filled in form

  1. Copy of lease Deed & that of Possession Certificate.
  2. Proof of submission of application for building plan of DMC (Copy of receipt).
  3. Copy of approved Plan, if plan has already been sanctioned by DMC.
  4. In case of the applicant other than the original lesse Copy of documents in corroboration under which the right and title of the plot has developed on the applicant.
  5. Last receipts for payment of ground rent.
  6. Declaration in prescribed from mentioned below that has to be affirmed before a competent Authority.
  7. Documents related to the applicants reasoning for not completing the construction within the stipulated time frame.
